Sculpture

Artist Rosanne Wellmaker grew up helping her parents in their store, Treasure Island Aquarium. Her time spent there, watching and learning both fresh and salt-water fish, coupled with years of scuba diving and underwater photography, inspire her Aquatic Life designs. Playing Dungeons and Dragons as a teenager inspired her dragon and creature work. Rosanimals are built out of wordplay and whimsy.
Betulla Jive
Betulla Jive is the first in a series of Star Wars inspired creatures. I was intrigued by the creatures singing and dancing. The base is a stained cedar stage. Her velveteen curtain hangs from a sculpted glass rod. The entire piece measures 11.5in tall by 12in wide by 5.25in deep. Betulla measures 6in tall by 3.5in wide. $168 SKU SSWBETJ1

Fish Scales

Each fish has a loop on the top allowing it to be suspended as a sun catcher as well (use fishing line to hang it from). They may also be used as ornaments or hung on suction cups to adorn any window. entire sculpture is aquarium safe.

Spring Ahead
